Job Opportunity: Level 2 Qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant Location: Kettering-based Nursery Are you passionate about shaping young minds and making a positive impact in early childhood education? Our friendly and vibrant nursery in Kettering is looking for a Level 2 Qualified EYFS Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team! About the Role As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will be supporting our Nursery teachers in delivering engaging and creative lessons, working with children aged 3-5 years. You'll help foster a stimulating, safe, and nurturing environment, encouraging learning through play, assisting with daily routines, and ensuring each child's development is supported in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. Key Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering EYFS activities Support children's individual needs and learning goals Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Help with observations and assessments of children's progress Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times Key Requirements: Level 2 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent) Experience working with children in an EYFS setting Passionate about working with young children and supporting their learning Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude Ability to work as part of a team Why Join Us?
