WHAT WOULD THE ROLE INVOLVE * Supporting Learning Activities: Assist the teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities, ensuring that all children are supported to participate and develop their skills. * Individual and Small Group Support: Work closely with individual children or small groups, providing extra support for those who may need additional help to reach their full potential. * Preparing Resources: Set up and prepare teaching materials and classroom resources to support the delivery of lessons, ensuring they are suitable for the age group and relevant to the curriculum.
