Fabric Technician – Chiswick Location: Chiswick Salary: Up to £38,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Are you an experienced Fabric Technician looking for your next opportunity? PRS Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled Fabric Engineer to carry out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a high-profile commercial site located in Chiswick. This role would suit a Fabric Technician already working in a similar environment who is eager to progress and expand their skillset. Key Responsibilities Carry out a wide range of building fabric repairs and maintenance tasks, including: Carpentry Painting & decorating Tiling Plastering Flooring repairs Glazing Brickwork and fencing Replace carpet and ceramic floor tiles as required Replace suspended ceiling tiles and clean ceiling grilles Support other engineers on site when needed Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations Deliver excellent customer service to site occupants and stakeholdersRequirements City & Guilds qualification in one or more of the following: Bricklaying Plastering Tiling Painting & Decorating Proven experience in commercial building maintenance Strong understanding of facilities maintenance services Excellent communication and customer service skills A proactive and professional approach to workPackage & Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Company pension scheme Ongoing, first-class training Excellent team culture Clear career progression pathways Overtime opportunities Free on-site parkingIf you are looking for a stable Monday–Friday role with a reputable facilities maintenance provider and real opportunities for progression, this could be the perfect next step in your career
