Salary: £35,000 basic + overtime available
The Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Fabric Maintenance Engineer with a Level 2 qualification in Plumbing to join our growing team based in the City of London. Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial properties
* Perform basic plumbing tasks including repairs, maintenance, and minor installations
* Undertake general fabric duties such as carpentry, painting & decorating, and minor building repairs
* Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company standards
* Liaise with clients and colleagues to ensure high levels of service delivery
Requirements:
* Level 2 qualification in Plumbing (essential)
* Previous experience in a fabric or building maintenance role
* Good all-round knowledge of building maintenance
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
