Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £35,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts between 7:00am and 10:00pm)
Are you an experienced Fabric Technician looking for a varied role on one of Liverpool's most recognisable retail and leisure estates?
We're recruiting for a Fabric Technician to join a leading Facilities Management provider, supporting the maintenance of a high-profile, multi-use commercial estate in the heart of Liverpool.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established on-site engineering team, offering long-term stability, a varied workload and genuine opportunities for career development.

The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
* Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs)
* Reactive building fabric maintenance
* Fire door inspections
* Water sampling and water flushing
* General decorating and making good
* Porter duties, including moving furniture and equipment
* Installing and removing decking for seasonal events
* Overseeing specialist subcontractors
* General building fabric repairs across the estate
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience within Facilities Management or Building Maintenance
* Strong all-round fabric maintenance skills
* Experience carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* A proactive and reliable approach to maintenance
Salary & Benefits
* Up to £35,000 basic salary
* 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays
* 1 in 6 call-out rota
* £150 standby payment
* Company van provided whilst on call
* Free on-site parking
* Ongoing training and career development
