Fabrication Supervisor/Team Leader

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join a well-established fabrication and manufacturing business based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on fabrication experience who is ready to lead and support a workshop team in a busy production environment. The Role As Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabrication workshop, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are maintained. Responsibilities include: * Supervising and supporting a team of fabricators and welders * Organising workloads and ensuring production targets are met * Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings * Maintaining quality standards across all fabrication work * Ensuring safe working practices within the workshop * Supporting the team with hands-on fabrication when required Experience Required * Strong fabrication and welding knowledge * Previous experience working within a fabrication or manufacturing workshop * Experience supervising or leading teams in a production environment * Ability to read and interpret engineering / fabrication drawings * Good communication and organisational skills Shift Pattern Late Shift Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 00:00 Friday: Day Off Salary Salary to be discussed depending on experience If you are an experienced Fabrication Supervisor looking for a stable late-shift role within a busy engineering environment, we would love to hear from you.
