We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. working Monday to Friday 07.45 - 16.45 . The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality wooden products, from cutting and shaping materials to assembling and finishing bespoke items. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

* Using a variety of hand tools such as Routers, Sanders/ Polishers.

* Use Panel Saw to accurately cut materials.

* Heat, Form and Glue edging strips to panels.

* Sand and polish finished panels.

* Good eye for detail

* Quality conscious

* Well organised

* Can work with minimal supervision (after training)

* Read and interpret technical drawings, sketches, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements.

* Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialised fabrication equipment safely and efficiently.

* Perform basic measurements and calculations to ensure accurate fabrication dimensions using basic math skills.

* Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety regulations.

* Assist in the assembly of fabricated components into finished products or structures.

* Conduct quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specified standards.

Experience.

* Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication processes.

* Mechanical knowledge related to, assembly, and basic maintenance of fabrication equipment.

* Ability to read technical drawings and perform basic math calculations relevant to fabrication tasks.

* Prior experience working with , mechanical assembly, or related fields is preferred but not essential for entry-level candidates willing to learn. This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to refine their skills in fabrication within a professional environment that values precision, safety, and craftsmanship.
