This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and reliable Welder Fabricator looking for a long-term role with a reputable company.
The Role
As a Welder Fabricator, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of welding and fabrication work, ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with drawings and specifications.
Key responsibilities include:
* Welding and fabricating components and structures
* Reading and working from engineering drawings
* Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
* Ensuring all work meets required quality and safety standards
* Carrying out fabrication, assembly and finishing work
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Working as part of a team to meet production deadlines
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will ideally have:
* Previous experience in a welding/fabrication role
* The ability to read and understand engineering drawings
* Good MIG/MAG welding skills
* Strong attention to detail and pride in their work
* A reliable and hardworking attitude
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Relevant welding/fabrication qualifications or experience would be advantageous
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Friday: 8:00am – 1:00pm
Occasional overtime may be required depending on business needs
