Facilities Coordinator
What You’ll Be Doing
* Operational Support- Carry out regular site inspections, coordinate contractor access, chase progress on works, manage reactive tasks through CAFM, and support tenant access for planned and reactive maintenance
* Tenancy & P2P Support- Assist with Change of Tenancy processes, liaise with councils and utilities, maintain trackers, and raise urgent POs when FMs are on leave
* Compliance Management- Monitor deadlines, coordinate audits and inspections, maintain accurate documentation, and escalate risks to prevent non‑compliance
* Inbox & Communication Management- Manage high‑volume inboxes, prioritise urgent requests, and ensure smooth communication across shared mailboxes
* Office & SharePoint Management- Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, maintain a safe and organised workspace, and keep SharePoint folders structured, accurate, and up to date
