The Facilities Lead will oversee the day-to-day management of facilities operations within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Description The Facilities Lead will be responsible for the following: Manage and oversee all aspects of facilities operations to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Coordinate maintenance schedules and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Monitor and manage contracts with third-party service providers and suppliers. Implement cost-effective solutions for facilities management while maintaining quality standards. Supervise any repair or refurbishment projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively. Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and compliance-related documentation. Collaborate with internal teams to support operational goals and address facilities-related needs.Profile A successful Facilities Lead should have: Previous experience in facilities management within the FMCG industry. A strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements. Excellent organisational and project management skills.
