Facilities Management Systems Coordinator (CAFM) Location: Manchester Working Arrangements: Hybrid and Flexi-time Type: Permanent A leading engineering organisation operating across a large, technically complex estate is seeking a Facilities Management Systems Coordinator to support and develop its CAFM platform and digital FM tools. This role will focus on the development, optimisation, and governance of CAFM systems, helping operational FM teams improve efficiency, data quality, and mobile-enabled workflows. Key Responsibilities * Act as CAFM subject matter expert supporting the FM function * Support the development and optimisation of CAFM systems and mobile solutions * Translate FM operational requirements into system functionality and improvements * Support system upgrades, testing, releases, and documentation * Promote data quality, governance, and best practice use of CAFM across the estate * Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement What We're Looking For * Experience working with CAFM systems (Planon or similar FM/asset management platforms) * Around 2+ years’ experience translating operational requirements into system solutions * Understanding of FM operations, estates, or technical services environments * Knowledge of data management, system configuration, or integrations * Experience with JavaScript or similar technologies is advantageous * Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills Why This Role?
