Facilities Manager

Ref: MNSCON42838 Location: Rotherham (S66) Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm Pay: £26.03ph paid weekly via umbrella Duration: Ongoing Contract – Long Term    Duties Responsible for the day to day operation and full delivery of Hard & Soft FM services across two client sites in Rotherham, identifying improvements and implementing solutions to enhance service quality and operational efficiency. Achieving both service level and contractually agreed KPIs at site level and ensure this does not impact on Contract wide performance. Provide full support to a team of five employees. Key contact for both sites, maintaining strong key stakeholder relationships and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer service. Service Partners include - 24/7 Security across each site & cleaning operatives/supervisor
