Facilities Manager Leeds (with occasional UK travel) Salary: £45,000 + Benefits About the Role We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of clients across the UK, based out of Leeds. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and organised professional who can manage both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance, while acting as the primary point of contact for clients. The role offers a mix of office-based coordination and occasional site visits across the UK to maintain strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of client sites, ensuring high standards of service delivery Act as the first point of contact for all client queries and escalations Oversee and coordinate PPM schedules and reactive maintenance works Ensure all maintenance activities are delivered on time and within budget Manage subcontractors and service providers Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs Conduct site visits across the UK as required (occasional travel, not weekly) Build and maintain strong client relationships Requirements Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role Strong understanding of PPM and reactive maintenance Experience managing multiple sites or a client portfolio Excellent communication and client-facing skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Full UK driving licence (essential) What’s on Offer Salary up to £45,000 Company benefits package Flexible role with a mix of office and site-based work Opportunity to manage a varied and interesting portfolio Career progression within a growing organisation Apply Now If you’re an experienced Facilities Manager in Leeds looking to take ownership of a client portfolio and build strong relationships while delivering high-quality maintenance services, we’d love to hear from you. #ENG1
