Central London based | Up to £60,000 plus package

Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for an opportunity to manage a prestigious corporate site in London? We are working with a leading facilities management provider seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional to oversee the delivery of FM services within a high-profile environment.

The Role

As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of facilities operations, contractor performance, compliance, and service delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring the site is maintained to the highest standards while delivering an exceptional experience for occupiers and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

* Managing the delivery of hard and soft FM services across the site.

* Ensuring the building fabric and facilities are maintained to a high standard.

* Leading Health & Safety compliance and statutory requirements.

* Managing contractors and service providers to ensure service excellence.

* Monitoring budgets and identifying opportunities for efficiencies.

* Producing management reports and tracking key performance indicators.

* Maintaining compliance records, asset registers, and emergency plans.

* Building strong relationships with clients, occupiers, and key stakeholders.

* Coordinating fire safety procedures, emergency planning, and evacuations.

* Managing site risks, insurance matters, and major works projects.

* Working closely with procurement teams to ensure contractor compliance.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

* Previous Facilities Management experience within a commercial or multi-tenanted environment.

* Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation and compliance requirements.

* Experience managing contractors, suppliers, and service agreements.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

* Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

* Experience managing budgets and operational performance.

* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification preferred.

* IWFM/BIFM qualification desirable.

* Degree qualified or equivalent experience advantageous.
