Maintaining facilities records through a CMMS
Coordinating cleaning, pest control, waste collection, PPE and site support services
Managing access control, radios, gas monitors, RPE and security passes
Coordinating statutory inspections and compliance activities
Supporting CCTV, fire alarms, gates and security systems
Monitoring buildings, structures, walkways, handrails, cladding and external areas
Delivering smaller facilities improvement projects
Maintaining strong housekeeping and HSEQ standards
### What we're looking for
You must have previous Facilities Management or Building Services Management experience, ideally gained within waste, energy, manufacturing, engineering, utilities, heavy industry, processing or another operational industrial environment.
You’ll also need strong contractor-management experience, good Health & Safety knowledge and experience using computerised maintenance or asset-management systems.
