Factory Operative

FACTORY OPERATIVE Due to growth we are looking for Assembly and Machine Operatives for one of our clients based in Perry Barr in Birmingham. This is a great opportunity to join a well-established company This will be a temporary to possibly permanent role working full time Day shift hours Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 1.00pm Duties Will Include: Working on a fast paced production line Following instructions specific to client needs and requirements Using hand tools and Operating  welding machinery Assembling Parts and products Working knowledge of health and safety and good housekeeping Quality Checking and inspecting orders Any other general factory duties Experience and skills required for this role include: Previous experience of working in a factory or shopfloor Minimum of 2 years Experience in machine operating and assembly Be Self-motivated and eager to learn Good communication and organisational skills Excellent attention to detail Attributes needed for this role: Be a strong team player who can work well under pressure, Be able to meet deadlines and prioritise your workload effectively Have a strong work ethic A good understanding of English both written and spoken Benefits of this role On-site parking Full on the job training A working culture which encourages progression and development Day time hours only no shift work – only need to be flexible due to any overtime when at peak time If you are available immedialtey and have the relevant experince please apply online
