Your Role as a Factory Operative As a Factory Operative, your duties will include: Working in a designated area assembling and trimming metal parts Using small precision hand tools, such as files, to shape products to specification Working towards daily and weekly production targets Maintaining a clean and organised work area Following all site safety procedures Full training providedRequirements Ability to use hand tools (training provided) Good attention to detail Able to work efficiently and towards targets Reliable, punctual and hard‑working Positive attitude and willingness to learnPay & Shifts £12.23 per hour Monday - Friday 08:00 - 16:00What's in it for you?
