Your responsibilities will include: Undertaking detailed safeguarding and welfare assessments Preparing Section 7 reports and analysis for court Working closely with families, legal professionals, and partner agencies Attending court hearings in person across London when required Providing clear, evidence-based recommendations focused on the best outcomes for children While court attendance will usually be in person, there is significant flexibility to complete assessments and reports remotely, giving you the balance many locum professionals are looking for. What We're Looking For Qualified Social Worker Extensive family court experience Strong report writing and analytical skills Confident presenting recommendations within court settings Ability to manage cases independently in a locum capacity Know Someone Perfect for This Role?
