The Role:
* Build and nurture lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Drive new business through proactive calls, site visits, and responding to web inquiries.
* Represent the company at demonstrations, showcasing the latest machinery and generating excitement in potential buyers.
* Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently, always ensuring a win-win for both the customer and the company.
* Manage sales of used equipment, with field assessments and reports at both customer sites and depots.
* Prepare quotations, calculate costs and ensure all deals are profitable and beneficial.
What We’re Looking For:
* Agriculture experience is key, but sales experience is a bonus, a strong eagerness to learn will be highly valued.
* A proactive and customer-first attitude with a passion for delivering results.
* Confident when conducting demonstrations and building relationships with clients.
* Excellent communication and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
