Female Complex Care HCA - 1:1 Package

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to support a client on a 1:1 complex care package based in Kent (BR2 area). The client presents with gastrointestinal, neurological, and developmental needs, and requires consistent, person-centred support within a home environment. Role Requirements We are seeking a carer with experience in: * Supporting individuals with neurological conditions * Managing gastrointestinal-related care needs * Medication administration * Monitoring and recognising early signs of deterioration * Providing personal care with dignity and respect * Supporting developmental needs Candidate Requirements * Minimum 12 months complex care experience * Female carer (package requirement) * Confident working independently in a 1:1 setting * Flexible availability * Strong communication and observational skills * Calm, patient, and professional approach This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced HCA looking to work within a structured complex care package with flexible shifts available.
