Female Complex Care HCA – Paediatric Night Shift

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to support a 5-year-old child within a 1:1 complex care package in Kent. This is a night role supporting a young client with respiratory and nutritional needs. Clinical Requirements (Essential) * PEG feeding * Medication administration * Oxygen therapy * Monitoring oxygen saturations (SATS machine) * Recognition of early warning signs * Basic respiratory care * Moving and handling * Postural management * Tissue viability awareness Candidates must be confident managing PEG feeds independently and monitoring the child safely throughout the night. Role Responsibilities * Personal care * PEG feed setup and management * Medication administration * Observations and documentation * Monitoring respiratory status * Safe repositioning and comfort support Requirements * Minimum 12 months complex care experience * Previous paediatric experience preferred * Female carer required (package requirement) * Calm, observant, and reliable * Confident working independently on night shifts This is a rewarding opportunity for an experienced HCA seeking a consistent Sunday night shift within a structured complex care package.
