Job Title Female Support Worker Peterborough Monday to Friday | 15:00 – 22:00 Ongoing Placement | Immediate Start The Opportunity We are recruiting a Female Support Worker for an ongoing care package in Peterborough. You will be supporting a 14-year-old boy with complex health and developmental needs within a structured home environment. This is a consistent Monday to Friday placement, ideal for an experienced support worker seeking stable hours. The Service User You will be supporting a young person with: • Autism • Crohn’s Disease • Cerebral Palsy This package requires clinical awareness, structure and calm, consistent delivery. The Role You will: • Provide structured after-school support • Support mobility and daily routines • Administer and manage medication safely • Follow care plans and clinical guidance • Provide emotional reassurance and behavioural support • Maintain accurate records • Promote dignity, safety and wellbeing at all times This is a one-to-one placement requiring consistency and reliability. Essential Requirements • Female support worker • A Clear Communicator • Proven medication management experience • Previous experience supporting Autism • Experience supporting individuals with Crohn’s Disease • Experience supporting Cerebral Palsy • Right to work in the UK • Available for immediate start Ideal Candidate You are calm, structured and clinically confident. You understand complex health needs alongside neurodiversity. You are patient, observant and able to follow detailed care guidance. You prioritise safeguarding and professional boundaries.
