The Role:
Attend customer sites to install, maintain, or replace retail IT equipment
Deliver high standards of customer service while maintaining a professional image
Manage stock and parts from a company vehicle
Complete tasks using a mobile job management system
Support project rollouts and attend training sessions as required
What You’ll Need:
Previous field-based or customer service experience
Strong communication skills
Comfortable using IT systems and following structured processes
Full UK driving licence
