Our client is hiring a Field Service Engineer to install, service, and fault-find on compressed air systems and associated equipment across a regional patch. You’ll be out on the road, solving problems, working with great customers, and backed by a strong engineering team who’ve got your back. What You’ll Be Doing Installing, servicing & repairing compressors and associated equipment Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs efficiently Working from technical drawings and manufacturer guidelines Communicating clearly with customers on-site Managing your own workload while staying connected to the wider team Keeping accurate service records and identifying parts required What We’re Looking For Experience in a field service or hands-on engineering role Mechanical / electrical skills (compressors, HVAC, generators or similar) Strong fault-finding ability Good communication and customer-facing skills Full UK driving licence What You’ll Get Salary 40-42k (OTE 48-50k) Regional patch – reduced travel & better work-life balance Door to door Structured call-out rota – fair and well rewarded Realistic workloads – quality over quantity approach Support from experienced engineers Clear progression opportunities Friendly, team-driven environment Company van, tools & workwear provided
