Field Service Engineer - Injection Moulding

JOB TITLE: Field Service Engineer INDUSTRY: Injection Moulding SALARY: £38-40k + company vehicle, bonus, overtime and other additional benefits LOCATION: UK and Ireland (Field based) This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career with a global technology leader, working directly with customers across the UK and Ireland. What You’ll Do * Install, service, repair and carry out preventative maintenance on company products. * Provide on‑site support to customers across the UK & Ireland (with overnight stays). * Produce high‑quality service reports and customer documentation after each visit. * Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through strong technical skills and a professional approach. * Work safely and comply with company and customer Health & Safety policies. * Be flexible with working hours to meet customer needs. Desired Qualifications & Attributes * Proven experience working with injection moulding machinery. * Completed engineering apprenticeship, with relevant qualifications. * Post‑qualification practical experience in an engineering environment. * Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. * Experience in a field service role is beneficial (but not essential). * Excellent fault‑finding, analytical and problem‑solving abilities. * Confident communicator with strong listening skills. * IT literate. * Positive “can‑do” attitude and commitment to high‑quality work. * Full, UK driving licence
