Field Service Engineer – Slot Machines

Location - Field Based covering our clubs in Morecambe, B;ackburn, Burnley, Stockport and Ashton

Salary: £31,019.58 per annum with £2,600 on call allowance

Hours: Full-time, including evenings, weekends & on-call rota

What You’ll Be Doing

Install & configure slot machines and IT hardware in our clubs

Diagnose & repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues

Respond to service calls and support club teams with technical guidance

Perform preventive maintenance to keep machines running smoothly

Ensure compliance with gaming regulations and safety standards

Document your work – from service logs to inventory tracking

Collaborate with IT, engineering, and support teams to resolve complex issues

Build relationships with club staff and management through reliable, professional service

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the gaming or casino industry

Strong knowledge of slot machine operations and IT hardware

Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and software issues

Excellent communication and a customer-first mindset

Analytical thinker with a systematic approach to problem-solving

Familiarity with gaming regulations and security protocols (a plus!)

Flexibility to work non-standard hours and be part of an on-call rota

A valid UK driver’s license (max 3 points) and willingness to travel
