Final Inspector
We are proud to be working with our prestigious client who due to expansion are looking for a Final Inspector. The final inspector plays a key role in ensuring product quality, accuracy, and compliance throughout the Goods receiving processes. This position provides an additional layer of ensuring that products are correctly processed, documented, stored, and dispatched in line with company procedures and regulatory requirements. Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am-4:30pm Benefits for the Final Inspector: * Free Parking on site * Pension * Social events * Medicash * Breakfast paid by the company (once a month) * Pizza Friday paid by the company (once a month) * 25 Days Holiday +BH Responsibilities for Final Inspector: * Perform second-level checks and product release, ensuring initial inspections meet defined criteria. * Ensure all inspection findings, including photographic evidence, accurately reflect product condition. * Verify defects, discrepancies, and queries are correctly raised and resolved by relevant departments. * Confirm products are correctly split, labelled, and aligned with sales order and procedural requirements. * Ensure nonconforming products are processed per disposition instructions with accurate rejection labelling. * Record and report internal errors to support training and continuous improvement. * Ensure all customer requirements (e.g. Certificates of Conformance) are met. * Generate pick lists, pick products accurately, and meet daily shipping schedules. * Package products for dispatch, ensuring correct labelling and documentation. * Liaise with internal teams to resolve product or dispatch issues efficiently. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. * Support warehouse training activities and collaborate effectively across teams. The person for Final Inspector: * Computer/IT literate * Attention to detail and reliability is essential. * Knowledge of first in first out (beneficial) * Previous Warehouse/inspection experience * Good written English * Must be quality conscious
