Our client is hiring a hands-on Finance Manager / Company Accountant to lead the finance function within a growing SME, working closely with senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales and purchase ledgers, payments and reconciliations
• Oversee credit control and finance queries
• Prepare VAT returns and ensure financial compliance
• Produce cash flow forecasts and monthly management accounts
• Provide financial insight and support decision-making
• Improve finance processes and systems
Essential Requirements:
• ACA / ACCA / CIMA (qualified, part-qualified, or QBE)
• SME or standalone finance experience
• Comfortable across transactional and reporting finance
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
Desirable:
• Project or operational environment experience
• Process improvement experience
Package:
£45,000 – £70,000 depending on experience
Office-based (Bexley)
