Financial Controller
Location: Chelsea Harbour
Salary: £70,000 – £75,000
We are working with a growing and well-established business based in Chelsea Harbour to recruit a Financial Controller. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of the finance function within a fast-paced and commercially driven environment.
The company operates in the luxury product sector, although sector experience is not essential. They are looking for a hands-on Financial Controller who can manage high-volume transactions, lead a small team, and drive efficiencies and cost-saving initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the finance function
* Manage and develop a small finance team
* Handle high-volume purchase invoices, cost of sales, and bill of materials
* Ensure accurate financial reporting and controls
* Work closely with operations and leadership to improve financial performance
* Implement cost-saving strategies, particularly within shipping and freight where possible
* Maintain and improve processes within Microsoft Business Central
* Support business growth through strong financial management and reporting
Requirements
* ACCA or ACA qualified
* Experience managing a finance team
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Business Central
* Experience with high-volume purchase invoices, cost of sales, and bill of materials
* Proven track record of implementing cost-saving initiatives
* Stable career history with good longevity in previous roles
Desirable
* Experience working with luxury products, manufacturing, or product-based businesses
* Exposure to shipping, freight, or supply chain cost management
