Finishing Manager - Residential Project (1‑Week Cover) Location: Reading Start Date: ASAP Duration: 1 week Rate: Competitive (weekly pay) We're looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to provide short‑term cover on a residential project in Reading. This role is ideal for someone who is highly detail‑focused and confident driving plots to completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Key Responsibilities Oversee all finishing stages and ensure plots are delivered to a high standard Manage snagging lists and coordinate subcontractors to resolve issues promptly Carry out regular quality inspections across internal and external works Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures and site regulations Liaise with Site Management to keep handover timelines on track Ensure all completed works meet client and NHBC standards Requirements Proven experience as a Finishing Manager or similar role within residential construction Strong eye for detail and quality control CSCS Card (essential) Ability to manage multiple trades efficiently Excellent communication and organisational skills Must be reliable and able to hit the ground running How to Apply If you're immediately available for 1‑week cover in Reading, please get in touch today.
