Salary: Up to £50,000 basic, plus bonus and commission

We’re working with a well-established Fire & Security business looking to add a Field Line Manager to their team.
This is a hands-on leadership role, managing and developing engineers in the field while driving performance, standards, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities - Field Line Manager:
As a Field Line Manager, your role will include:
Managing and supporting a team of Fire & Security Engineers
Carrying out site visits, audits, and on-the-job coaching
Driving KPI performance (revenue and service delivery)
Supporting onboarding and ongoing training of engineers
Managing callout rota and escalations
Ensuring compliance with BAFE / SP203 / British Standards
Supporting customer relationships and resolving issues
Working closely with senior management on team performance
Requirements - Field Line Manager:
Strong background in Fire & Security service or maintenance (managerial)
Experience working to NSI Gold / SSAIB standards
Previous supervisory/lead experience
Strong communication and leadership skills
Organised, driven, and commercially aware
