Join as a Fire Compliance Surveyor and lead the delivery of remedial and improvement works arising from FRAs across a diverse residential portfolio. You'll scope, specify, programme and assure quality from start to finish keeping people safe at home, every day. Description Lead the end‑to‑end delivery of FRA actions: scope, specification, programmes, budgets, and quality assurance. Manage and performance‑drive contractors and specialist consultants for safety, quality, cost, and compliance. Conduct site inspections and provide technical oversight to verify works meet standards and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate compliance data, producing clear progress, risk, and financial reports. Work closely with residents, internal teams, and Fire & Rescue Services to plan and deliver works with minimal disruption. Champion continuous improvement in residential fire safety, building safety culture, and record‑keeping. Profile Level 4 fire safety qualification (e.g., NEBOSH Fire Safety & Risk Management or equivalent FRA qualification). Strong, current knowledge of fire safety legislation and residential building safety. Proven experience delivering FRA action plans and coordinating remedial works at pace. Solid contractor/consultant management on live sites-quality, performance, H&S, and documentation. Confident project management: prioritisation, multi‑workstream oversight, deadline ownership. Excellent stakeholder communication with residents, Fire & Rescue Services, and internal teams. Meticulous record‑keeping and the ability to produce transparent reports. A customer‑focused, accountable approach aligned to organisational values. Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across Merseyside & Cheshire.
