The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out fire risk assessments across residential buildings and be confident producing clear, accurate reports.
Requirements:
Level 4 Diploma in Fire Risk Assessment – ideally held
Tier 2 / Intermediate Fire Risk Assessor experience
Experience assessing residential properties
Good knowledge of UK fire safety legislation and guidance
Strong report-writing and communication skills
Full UK driving licence
