The Role

Are you a strategic leader in Fire & Safety looking to make an impact at one of the UK’s most iconic leisure brands? As our Resort Fire & Safety Manager, you will be the authoritative voice on Fire and Safety, ensuring our guests and team members remain safe while maintaining total statutory compliance across this large-scale location.

Key Responsibilities

* Strategic Leadership: Act as the primary advisor to Senior Leaders and manage critical relationships with the Fire & Rescue Service and insurers.

* Compliance & Risk: Oversee Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) across diverse environments, from venues to caravan parks, ensuring the latest BS 9792:2025 and April 2026 Residential Evacuation Regulations are met.

* Systems & Projects: Manage high-spec fire safety equipment and embed safety principles into the heart of new resort developments and refurbishments.

* Safety Culture: Reduce unwanted alarms and lead life-saving training and drills to ensure the team is prepared for any scenario.

The Ideal Candidate

* Qualified: You will preferably hold a Diploma-level qualification in Fire Safety.

* Professional: You are a member of the Institution of Fire Engineers (IFE).

* Expert: You have a deep understanding of documented evacuation strategies, particularly for guests with reduced mobility.
