Fit-Out Estimator - Selby, North Yorkshire £45,000 - £55,000 + package About the Company A growing, nationwide fit-out and refurbishment contractor delivering high-quality projects across a range of sectors including commercial, education, retail, leisure, and hospitality. With a strong pipeline of secured work and a reputation for delivering fast-track, design & build solutions, the business is continuing to expand and is now looking to strengthen its commercial team. The Role As Fit-Out Estimator, you will be responsible for: Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for fit-out and refurbishment projects ranging from £200k to £200m Analysing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation Producing detailed take-offs and pricing schedules Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations Identifying risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving solutions Working closely with the commercial and operational teams to support successful project delivery Assisting in tender adjudications and client submissions The Ideal Candidate The successful Fit-Out Estimator will have: Proven experience in estimating within the fit-out, refurbishment, or interiors sector Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tenders and work to tight deadlines Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and supply chain Strong communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office A proactive and driven approach, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team What's on Offer Competitive salary of £45k - £55k Attractive benefits package Opportunity to work on a wide range of projects across multiple sectors Clear progression within a growing and ambitious business Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to both regional and nationwide projects Apply: If you're interested in this opportunity, then please get in touch today with our Commercial Specialist, Mark Harris.
