Fit-Out Manager 📍 London A well-established London-based main contractor is seeking an experienced Fit-Out Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for delivering high-quality fit-out works across commercial and residential projects in London. Role Overview You will oversee all aspects of fit-out on live projects, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. This role will see you coordinating multiple subcontractors, resolving on-site challenges, and supporting the wider site team to maintain programme and quality requirements. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all fit-out activities on site Coordinate subcontractors and trades to meet programme deadlines Ensure compliance with quality, health & safety, and regulatory standards Resolve on-site technical and sequencing issues Work closely with the site team to maintain smooth project delivery Monitor progress and report on key milestones Skills & Experience Proven experience managing fit-out works on commercial or residential projects Strong technical knowledge of interior finishes, joinery, and M&E interface Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and trades Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills Strong communication and team-working abilities Degree or relevant construction qualification desirable What's on Offer Permanent position with a respected London contractor Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career progression Exposure to high-profile projects across central London This role is ideal for a hands-on Fit-Out Manager looking for a challenging and rewarding position where technical expertise and leadership are valued
