I am representing a rapidly expanding developer currently defining the future of UK innovation. This isn't just another delivery role. We need a Fit Out Manager who can walk into a room with a founder or a Lead Scientist, dig past the surface-level requirements, and extract the "why" behind their space needs. You aren't just managing a site; you are translating complex scientific requirements into a functional, high-spec brief that you will then procure, design and deliver to a world-class standard. Working across a portfolio of flagship sites in London, Cambridge, and Oxford, you will work alongside a dedicated high-energy team of science and innovation development experts delivering specialist lab space. Your remit covers the full lifecycle: The Brief: Sitting with tenants to define both their technical lab requirements and their office culture. The Design & Procurement: Taking that raw information and turning it into a viable, costed project. The Delivery: Managing the fit-out through to completion—on time, on budget, and without compromising the integrity of the science. We need a fit out expert. You’re likely currently working in high-end fit-out, perhaps feeling siloed or frustrated by a lack of client-side influence. You understand MEP, lab gas, and air-change rates, but you also care about the aesthetic and flow of a modern office. Most importantly, you are someone who thrives in a client-facing environment and has the enthusiasm to grow alongside a developer that is scaling fast. Why work with me?
