Location: Chesterfield
Contract Type: Temporary (4 weeks rolling)

Monday - Friday

8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:
As our Licensee & Fleet Services Administrator, you will:

Manage licensing applications and renewals with precision and care.
Maintain accurate records of fleet vehicles and ensure compliance with regulations.
Coordinate the scheduling of fleet maintenance and repairs, ensuring top-notch service.
Serve as a point of contact for licensees, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional support.
Assist in reporting and tracking fleet performance metrics.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a busy environment.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in fleet administration or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
A positive attitude and a willingness to learn!
