Fleet Administrator – Humber View
Salary: £28,000 per year | Full-time, Temporary to Permanent

We’re looking for a Fleet Administrator with experience in fleet management or administration to keep our vehicles running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, attention to detail, and keeping operations on track.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate company vehicles, ensuring compliance and availability

* Track maintenance, MOTs, servicing, and repairs, escalating issues proactively

* Monitor fuel usage, costs, and vehicle performance

* Resolve fleet-related issues quickly and efficiently

* Maintain accurate fleet records and reporting

* Liaise with garages, insurers, lease companies, and internal teams

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous fleet management or administration experience (preferred)

* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

* Strong problem-solving and issue resolution capabilities

* Proficient in Excel and comfortable with data tracking

* Effective communicator across teams
