Flexographic Print Operator Night Shift

£35,000 – £40,000 + 23% Shift Allowance
Mon – Thu, 21:15 – 06:15
This one's for the experienced flexio operators.
If you've spent time behind a flexographic press and know what it takes to produce high-quality print to tight tolerances then read on.
We're working with a Daventry-based manufacturer producing high-detail labels for the food and drink sector. The standards are high and they need someone who can hit the ground running from day one (THIS IS NOT A TRAINEE ROLE).
What you'll be doing:
Operating flexographic and digital printing equipment on nights
Producing high detail labels to exact client specifications
Carrying out make readies, colour matching and press set-up
Maintaining print quality and consistency throughout the shift
What we need from you:
Proven hands on experience as a flexographic print operator
Exposure to digital printing is a strong advantage
A quality first mindset and the ability to work independently on nights
Available to start immediately
The package:
£35,000 – £40,000 basic (depending on experience)
23% shift allowance on top taking your total earnings significantly higher
Monday to Thursday nights, 21:15 – 06:15
Temp to perm opportunity
