Our client is an award winning specialist tour operator based in North London. They are seeking a Flights and Ticketing Specialist to join their team. The role is fully remote and 5 days a week and comes with a salary of up to £35,000 dependent on experience.
Flights and Ticketing Specialist responsibilities:
Handle post?booking tasks — amendments, cancellations, schedule changes, customer requests
Process flight changes, refunds, reissues and repricing
Manage ticketing accuracy across PNRs, fare rules and documentation
Work with airlines, consolidators, Aviate and direct connect platforms
Support BSP processes including ADM awareness
Flights and Ticketing Specialist skills required:
Tour operator / airline background
Strong post?booking experience
Advanced Galileo GDS skills — PNR servicing, ticketing, refunds, reissues
Aviate and BA NDC experience
Airfare & ticketing knowledge including fare rule interpretation
High accuracy, organisation and workload management
Excellent communication and customer service
Additional information:
Salary up to £35,000 dependent on experience
Fully remote
Monday-Friday (2 Saturdays per month on rotation with a day off in the week)
22 days holiday
