Job Title: Floor Layer Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time Job Category: Property Services Location: West London Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 am - 5:00 pm Hourly Rate: £17.30 - £20.50 per hour We have an opportunity for a qualified Floor Layer to join a responsive maintenance contract with a social housing provider based in the London Borough of Ealing. In this role, you'll provide essential reactive maintenance services to residents as part of a social housing contract, contributing to the maintenance of safe and comfortable homes. Responsibilities: Fitting all types of flooring including laminate, poly-safe, altro, and cap and cove in both occupied and void properties. Using a handheld PDA device to receive job instructions, update progress, and record materials used.Requirements: Full UK Driving Licence (manual) City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Floor Covering (essential) Basic Criminal Record Check Asbestos Awareness, UKATA or IATPBenefits: Company vehicle, fuel card, and uniform provided as part of the role package.
