FLT Driver

Job Title: FLT Driver Location: Corwen, Denbighshire Salary: £12.71 - £13.40 ph Shift: None, Days Monday to Friday, 45 hrs What you'll do? Easy, Operate an FLT Driver with CB forklift safely and efficiently to pick, move and supply raw materials for production, keeping the packing team stocked and the dispatch process running smoothly every shift. Manual handling will also be part of this role. Our client is a leading manufacturer with a great product line that you've probably seen before. This is a long term temporary role (possibly going permanent for the right candidates).  THE ROLE Pick and deliver items accurately from warehouse locations to packing stations using the daily picking lists Load/unload goods safely, following correct stacking and palletising procedures Be a team player, willing to lift and load (manual) etc..  Keep the forklift routes clear, report hazards, and follow all health & safety rules at all times Maintain accurate records of movements and completed picks Stay flexible — help in other warehouse areas or cover extra tasks when directed YOU Valid FLT licence/counterbalance or reach truck certificate Good awareness of health & safety and manual handling principles Ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy, fast-paced environment Willing and able to help to pick and load and do other roles not on an FLT Strong attention to detail and pride in safe, quality work Positive attitude, punctual and flexible with over time etc.. THE EXTRAS Knowledge of warehouse stock systems or basic IT use Willing to learn new skills - machine operation etc..  Previous experience in a similar high-volume dispatch operation Own transport preferable  Trek Recruitment is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
