FLT / Warehouse Operative 📍 Ossett, WF5 💷 £12.80 per hour ⏱️ 39 hours paid per week 🎁 Bonus scheme available upon permanent employment 🕒 Full-Time | Temp to Perm 🌴 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays (once permanent) The Opportunity We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced FLT / Warehouse Operative to join a well-established business based in Ossett (WF5), operating within a busy warehouse and yard environment. This vacancy has arisen due to retirement and offers an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual seeking long-term, stable employment with the potential to secure a permanent position. Working Hours Monday - Thursday: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour unpaid break) Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (1 hour unpaid break) 39 paid hours per week. Key Responsibilities Picking and packing stock including IBCs, drums and bags Manual wrapping and strapping of pallets Cleaning and preparation of IBCs Putting stock away and manually recording racking locations Loading and unloading trailers and containers Labelling and checking stock Conducting stock checks Maintaining general housekeeping standards within the warehouse and yard Candidate Requirements Valid Bendi (Flexi) FLT licence Valid Counterbalance FLT licence Previous warehouse experience Comfortable with manual handling duties Basic computer literacy Good communication skills Flexible, team-oriented attitude What's on Offer £12.80 per hour 39 paid hours per week Permanent opportunity following successful probation Company bonus scheme once taken on permanently Supportive team environment If you hold the required licences and are looking for a long-term opportunity within a stable and supportive working environment, we would be keen to speak with you.
