Total Jobs Recruitment is currently recruiting for FLT Drivers / Production Operatives to work within a fast-paced manufacturing/production setting in the Burnley area. This role is ideal for candidates who are hands-on, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a production team.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating Forklift Trucks (Counterbalance) to support production processes
* Supplying materials to production lines and removing finished goods
* Assisting with the running of production lines
* Monitoring product quality and reporting any issues
* Carrying out general production duties as required
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Following all health & safety and production procedures
What We’re Looking For
* Valid FLT licence (Counterbalance and/or Reach preferred)
* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Flexible and reliable approach to work
