Folder Gluer Operator Rochester, Kent £30,000 – £45,000 DOE Double Days or Nights Available A well established commercial print and packaging manufacturer based in Rochester is looking to recruit an experienced Folder Gluer Operator to strengthen their production team. This isn’t just a standard operator position. They are keen to find someone who has the ability and mindset to potentially progress into a department leadership role over time. The right person will be confident, proactive and capable of helping implement best practice across the department. The Role Operating folder gluer machinery within a busy print environment Ensuring consistent high quality output and meeting production targets Supporting continuous improvement within the department Training and mentoring other team members where required Helping streamline processes and improve efficienciesShift Pattern Double day shifts or night shifts available (same pattern as press team): Double days: 06:00 – 13:30 / 13:30 – 21:00 (Monday to Friday) Night shifts also availableThe Ideal Candidate Strong experience operating folder gluers within packaging or commercial print Technically capable and quality focused Confident personality with leadership potential Keen to be part of a long term, growing teamSalary will depend entirely on experience and temperament, with a guide range of ?30,000 – ?45,000 basic for the right individual.
