Apply NowI am working with a local authority who are seeking an experienced Food Safety Officer to provide interim support within their Environmental Health team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the effective delivery of the Council’s food hygiene inspection programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Undertake food hygiene inspections for premises rated Categories C, D and E
* Complete inspection reports using paper forms, submitted either in person or electronically via scanned copies.
* Deliver food safety inspections, in line with the Council’s schedule and statutory requirements.
* Ensure all work meets FSA guidelines and local authority standards.
* CPD / Competencies updated
