Food Technologist

Food Safety Technologist Working on behalf of our client, a sucessful food manufacturer, Mach Recruitment are currently looking for a Food Safety Technologist You will ensure that the company meets all necessary legislative / agreed customer standards and food safety best practice guidance, through robust quality management and risk assessment approach. Key responsibilities: * Development of HACCP plan * Work closely with QA and Operations teams * Improve controls around food safety * Actively take part in customer visits and audits * Conduct internal audits * Work closely with customers Skills and Experience: * Ideally a Degree/HND in Food Science, Technology or Science based subject * Technical experience within food manufacturing * Dealing with multiple retailers Role: * Permanent * Salary DOE * Monday to Friday * 8.00am-5.00pm * Pension * Career and development opportunities Mach Recruitment acts as an agency for this vacancy
