Commercial Portfolio | Central London
Salary: £45,000 + Travel
Alice Rose Recruitment is proud to be working with a leading FM service provider delivering maintenance across a portfolio of commercial buildings in Central London. We are currently seeking a Building Services Engineer to join a mobile team covering multiple sites across London.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an electrically qualified engineer looking to work across a varied portfolio, gaining exposure to a wide range of building services systems while joining a company that offers stability, training, and career progression.
Foot mobile Engineer Key Responsibilities:
* Electrical Maintenance: Fault finding, emergency lighting, fire alarms, and general electrical systems
* HVAC & Plant: AHUs, FCUs (filter changes and cleaning), and air conditioning systems
* Mechanical & Plumbing: Basic plumbing, leak detection, and general mechanical tasks
* BMS Monitoring: Monitor building systems (hot/cold trends) and report faults
* Reactive Maintenance: Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites
* Logbooks & Compliance: Ensure all records and logbooks are accurately maintained
* Subcontractor Management: Escort and oversee specialist contractors onsite
* Team Support: Provide technical support and assist other engineers when required
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 - 17:00
Package & Benefits

Requirements:
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
* Proven experience within commercial building maintenance
* Strong understanding of building services systems
* Multi-skilled with basic mechanical knowledge
* Good communication and customer service skills
* Able to work across multiple sites (foot/mobile role - no vehicle provided)
* Must be able to provide copies of qualifications
