Due to the award of new contracts, we have several openings for Maintenance Engineers to join a privately owned building services company. The market leading maintenance provider are continually growing and winning new contracts due to their reputation in the industry and are looking for engineers who want to grow with the company and really make a difference.

They are looking for a Mechanically biased engineer for this opportunity.

Foot Mobile Engineer Duties:

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
BMS Operation
AHUs
FCUs
Generators
VAV/VRFs
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Cooling Towers
Pumps & Motors
Site Folders, E-logbooks, Managing Contractors, Audits, Quotations Foot Mobile Engineer Requirements

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations / Mechanical Engineering / Plumbing / Air Conditioning
